- Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that sometimes you may want to return merchandise. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and simple as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase a return or exchange can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with your sales receipt or packing slip.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
- Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
- If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return once we receive the product back in good condition.
- If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail in 2-3 weeks from the day we process your return.
- There are no refunds or exchanges without a receipt or packing slip.

- If you would like to make a return that was given to you as a gift, store credit is given to you once we receive the product back in good condition. You can email us with the items that you would like to exchange. If it is over the amount of the exchange, you can either pay by check or credit card.

- To return a product, everything must still be in good condition and in its original packaging.
Free gifts must also be returned in good condition or you will be partially refunded minus the cost of the free gift. The cost will be determined by the amount it is listed on the website the day you notify us of the return.

- If you are returning a package that qualified for free shipping, we will refund your money less the cost of our regular shipping rates at the time of return. (Normally, $5.00 ground, $10.00 RUSH, etc). Unless item is damaged or wrong item was shipped to you.We will not pay for the shipping back to us to return or exchange an item when qualified for free shipping.

- If a package has already been shipped and you or the person receiving the package refuses the package without return authorization, then we may charge a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping that you paid. Or the charge will be the cost of postage we paid to ship the package to you. Whichever amount is higher will be used.
